Marion County Sheriff Gregg Alexander reports that Marion County Sheriff's Department Investigators have arrested a Midway woman on two (2) felony counts involving sexually explicit conduct with a child. Sheriff Alexander stated that twenty-two (22) year old HOLLY THOMAS has been arrested and charged with one (1) count of Rape and one (1) count of Engaging Children in Sexually Explicit Conduct for Use in Visual or Print Medium. Both charges are Class "Y" felonies. Sheriff Alexander stated this was a joint investigation with his department and the Baxter County Sheriff's Department. THOMAS is being held in the Marion County Detention Center in lieu of a $50,000 bond.
