Marion County Sheriff Gregg Alexander advises Marion County Investigators have arrested WESLEY ALLEN KELLEY, W/M, DOB: 02/25/1964, on the following charges:

• Sexually Grooming a Child, a Class "D" felony.
• Sexual Assault Second Degree, two (2) counts, a Class "B" felony.
• Rape, three (3) counts, a Class "Y" felony.

KELLEY was arrested on Monday 04/22/24, following an investigation by deputies. He was booked into the Marion County Detention Center pending the posting of a bond for release. THE FILE HAS BEEN SEALED BY THE COURT.
