Marion County Sheriff Gregg Alexander reports that on 07/26/25, the Marion County Emergency 911 Center (E911) received a call of an unresponsive person at a residence on Wolf Lane. Deputies and medical personnel responded to the scene and found CIMMARON MARTY-TYRONNE BILLER (57 YOA) of Yellville, deceased on the floor in his bedroom.

Investigators arrived and processed the scene and spoke with the caller, who stated she went to give BILLER his medication at approximately 9:00A and found him unresponsive on the floor. Investigators also learned BILLER suffered from extensive medical issues.

The body of the victim was transferred to Kirby Funeral Home.

Sheriff Alexander states the scene was processed and interviews were conducted, and Investigators believe BILLER died because of natural causes. Next of kin has been notified.
